Hangar Doors
High technologies in door engineering allow us to quickly create effective solutions even for the most complex and unusual projects. Huge openings of ship docks and aircraft hangars, special requirements for gates for astronautics, difficult operating conditions in heavy industry, high wind loads in coastal areas, harsh climatic conditions of the far north or equatorial desert — we have proven solutions for the construction of gates for industrial buildings in all countries. Depending on various factors — the type of building, its functional purpose, features of the opening or climatic conditions — our specialists recommend the most suitable type of hangar doors. For example, for large rectangular openings of ship sheds, curtain hangar doors are guaranteed, for hangars of small and medium aircraft — folding hangar doors, and for light industry — automatic large-sized roller doors.
Lifting hangar doors
Hangar doors are a lifting structure consisting of a door leaf, vertical guides and an electric drive system. The minimum number of moving components of the doors guarantees their reliability, durability and minimum operating and maintenance costs. The key features of hangar doors are the absence of practical size restrictions and high resistance to aggressive environments and high wind loads. Such doors are often used in ship docks, heavy industry facilities and airfields.
Folding hangar doors
Folding hangar gates are consisting of several leaves that open on the sides of the opening, similar to the doors in many buses. The maximum width of our folding gates reaches 50 meters in width and 8 meters in height. The doors leaves are made of insulated sandwich panels 50 mm thick in an aluminum profile frame. The standard solution includes a 2+2 configuration and dimensions up to 5,000 x 5,250 mm and the possibility of manual, electric or hydraulic drive. Windows of various sizes, a built-in wicket door, painting in the desired color, as well as various security and automation systems are available as options. Almost any non-standard design can be manufactured upon request.
Sliding hangar doors
Sectional and roller hangar doors
Sectional doors for large openings can reach 12 meters in height or width. To prevent deformation of the panels, granite is made using external components. Advanced software, used loading systems and experienced engineers making calculations use an individual approach, as well as further safety and reliability of operation.
